National Carer Strategy Consultation Schedule
Carers Victoria
In late July the Department of Social Services announced further opportunities for individual carers to attend consultations and inform the National Carer Strategy – and they’ve already started!
Consultations are running through to September.
Participants will receive a $30 gift voucher as a gesture of appreciation. These consultations are managed by Deloitte, please email any questions to them at:
Department of Social Services
Carers, former carers, the carer support sector and the public are invited to provide submissions to inform the development of the Strategy. Submissions can be provided via DSS Engage in a range of formats including written responses online or email, video or audio recordings. A discussion paper is available on DSS Engage that outlines some of the issues that are relevant to carers and includes some questions that contributors may wish to address. For those carers short on time a series of free form questions is available, with the option to answer as many or as few as they wish.
