Ballan Road is once again busy with traffic and the area lively after lockdown…

2020 what a year it is has been!!

Coming out of lockdown and Sooo looking forward to getting back to enjoying being with our loved one and friends. Not forgetting the festive season….

Carers Vic for being such a   wonderful support for our Group  moving forward and a great  mentor to me. We have doubled our membership to 20 and would like to welcome our new members Aneta, Amanda, Barry, Val, Rosemary, Eva, Bing, Mary, Barry and Ksinia.

 

 

CHRISTMAS IS COMING AND THE GOOSE IS GETTING FAT!

Being able to meet via Zoom during lockdown has meant a great deal to us.  We have been able to keep the Group connected which has helped with the isolation.  Moving forward we were able to establish a new Committee which will keep us sustainable and share the load.

 

EVENTS WE ENJOYED:

Seniors Festival Event Trivia

with Brunch from Wyndham City Council grant. Hosted by  Lisa Field with prizes donated by Our own Trivia hosted by Barry is a treat and such fun

 

LOOKING FORWARD TO:

End of year Christmas Lunch Tuesday, 15 December 12 noon at the Bridge Hotel, Werribee

DHHS GRANT FUNDING

Our facebook page boost advertising is gaining momentum Reaching 3,753 people, 266 post engagements and 29 likes.

Notification was received on 18 September from DHHS that a second round of funding for $2,200 had been processed for our group.
